Part-Time Dispatcher Responsibilities:

Coordinate and dispatch tow truck drivers to service calls efficiently Manage and prioritize incoming calls from customers Provide accurate information and instructions to drivers and customers Maintain clear communication with team members and customers Monitor and update dispatch software systems

Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred Familiarity with dispatch software systems is a plus Must be able to work night shifts and weekends
