SUNDAY & MONDAY

FOR APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS. IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE TO TRAIN DURING THESE TIMES, DO NOT APPLY. WE ARE NOT A CONTRACT SECURITY COMPANY. WE ARE EMPLOYED DIRECTLY BY SPANISH TRAIL. UNLIKE CONTRACT SECURITY COMPANIES THAT CHANGE YOUR SCHEDULE WEEKLY OR HAVE YOU AT MULTIPLE PROPERTIES, WE PROVIDE A SET SCHEDULE AND OUR PROPERTY IS THE ONLY LOCATION THAT YOU WILL WORK. WE HIRE BASED ON COMPANY NEEDS, NOT PERSONAL NEEDS. WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO TOLERANCE FOR POOR ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY.

The primary duties for Gate Officers include but are not limited to the following Greet all residents, guests, and vendors entering through the community gates Ensure that vehicles entering through the resident lane have an active transponder Accurately enter information into the access control computer software Maintain Association standards of cleanliness in the work area and gate entrances. Position Qualifications • Must be 18 years of age or older • Possess a current Nevada State driver's license or ID Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and background investigation Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for periods up to 4 hours Must be able to work holiday's, weekdays, weekends, and overtime Possess effective skills for both written communication and verbal interactions Possess basic skills for Word and Excel software programs Able to complete in-house training program and a 90-day introductory period The primary responsibility of the Dispatcher will be to answer phone calls and coordinate activities of the on-duty Patrol Officers.

YOU MUST BE PROFICIENT AT MULTI-TASKING.

• General Duties o Completely competent in all Gate Officer duties. o Primary officer to answer in-coming phone calls to the West Gate. o Operates the Dispatch module of the gate access computer program. o Operates the Dispatch radio and effectively communicates with Patrol Officers. o Monitor Video Surveillance at Gates and Wash areas throughout the community. o Monitor the residential alarm software and dispatches patrol units as necessary. o Calls Metro Police / CCFD / EMS as needed or requested. • Specific Duties o Coordinates and prioritizes in-coming phone calls and received radio calls from patrol dispatching Patrol Officers to the most important calls first. o Ensures all information received from in-coming phone calls or the radio traffic, is accurately entered into the appropriate Log in a timely manner. o Conducts inventory every shift of all Community Safety equipment to ensure all items are accounted for.

Pay:

From $19.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
