As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Delivery Dispatcher to help drive our evening delivery operations and support our expanding team. What You'll Do Oversee and coordinate delivery dispatch across two locations Use software like Onfleet to monitor routes, update statuses, and manage delivery timing Handle all customer inquiries via phone, text, or email with professionalism and urgency Ensure deliveries are sent out accurately, timely, and in compliance with state regulations Communicate clearly with drivers, team members, and managers to keep operations smooth Track and log all delivery activity to maintain accurate records and compliance Operate within Dutchie POS to manage order fulfillment and inventory syncing Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dispatch station Who You Are Highly organized with strong time management and communication skills Confident in handling logistics, problem-solving on the fly, and juggling multiple tasks Comfortable with tech tools and learning new software quickly (Onfleet and Dutchie experience a plus) Detail-driven — you triple-check routes, orders, and timing Familiar with New York cannabis regulations or willing to learn quickly Able to stay calm under pressure and focused during high-volume hours 21+ years of age and legally authorized to work in NY cannabis What You'll Bring Previous dispatch, logistics, or fulfillment experience Knowledge of POS systems (Dutchie preferred) and delivery software (Onfleet or similar) A deep sense of accountability and pride in delivering accurate, compliant service A proactive attitude and willingness to grow within the cannabis industry Why Work at Terp Bros?
