Senior Lead Limousine Dispatcher (In-Office - Astoria, NY) A well-established, white-glove limousine and luxury transportation company with over 40 years of excellence in New York City is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Dispatcher to join our in-office operations team in Astoria, Queens. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, takes pride in precision and service, and understands the expectations of high-profile and international clientele. Position Overview The Senior Lead Dispatcher will play a key role in overseeing daily dispatch operations for our company-owned luxury fleet, working closely with chauffeurs, management, clients, and international partners to ensure seamless service delivery worldwide. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of dispatch experience in the luxury transportation or limousine industry (required) Extensive knowledge of NYC and Tri-State Area geography, traffic patterns, and regulations Experience coordinating transportation for international clients and global partners Ability to communicate professionally with partners in other countries and across time zones Proven ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive assignments with accuracy and professionalism Strong leadership and communication skills when dealing with both chauffeurs and clients Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and calm under pressure Computer-literate with strong scheduling and multitasking abilities Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits $25-$35 per hour, based on experience Excellent health insurance plans with company contribution Life insurance 401(k) plan with company contribution Paid vacation time Sick and personal days Convenient office location near NYC subway lines Stable, long-term position with a respected industry leader Schedule & Location We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year Day and evening shifts available Full-time, in-office position based in Astoria, NY If you are a senior dispatcher looking to join a professional, well-run organization that values experience, discretion, and excellence, we invite you to submit your resume for confidential consideration to opportunities@vincentlimousine.com
