  • $22/hr based on experience About the Opportunity Ultimate Staffing is partnering with an industry-leading pest control company to find a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher /Admin Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity.
This role is ideal for an administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and has hands-on experience using Workweek software . Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to office and operations teams Schedule appointments, coordinate service routes, and manage calendars Enter, update, and maintain data using Workweek software Communicate with customers, technicians, and internal staff professionally Handle phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence Maintain organized records and documents Required Qualifications Previous experience using Workweek software Administrative or office support experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to work independently and as part of a team work independently and as part of a team All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
