GMC Pros is growing fast, and we're looking for a Dispatcher to join our team covering Canton and the surrounding Stark County area. Why Team Members Choose GMC Pros Competitive pay , depending on experience Health insurance — generous employer contribution 401(k) with company match — we invest in your future, not just your paycheck Paid time off — because everyone needs a break Family-owned, growing company — real career runway as we expand, not a dead-end job What You'll Do Dispatch HVAC service and install technicians in ServiceTitan, matching the right tech to the right job based on skillset, location, and urgency Own the daily board — scheduling, rescheduling, and filling open slots as calls come in and plans change Communicate constantly with technicians, customers, and management throughout the day so nobody is left guessing Confirm appointments ahead of time to cut down on cancellations and no-shows Monitor technician progress in real time and adjust the schedule when a job runs long or a tech falls behind Work hand-in-hand with our Comfort Advisors and CSRs to make sure calls are booked completely and correctly the first time Handle high call volume and make quick, sound decisions when priorities collide What We're Looking For 1+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or coordination experience (preferred, home services or HVAC a plus) Comfortable with dispatch or field service software — ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person Clear, direct, and professional communication skills, on the phone and in person Ability to multitask and stay organized when the board is moving fast A strong sense of urgency and good judgment under pressure A team player who works well with technicians and office staff Compensation & Perks Competitive pay, depending on experience , plus: Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off "I know when I come to work that I'm appreciated and Greg and Debby care about me more than just as an employee." — GMC Pros Team Member Meet Greg GMC Pros was started in 1993 by Greg, a Navy veteran who built the company from the ground up.
