The Big Task As a Job Scheduler, you will ensure installations run smoothly by coordinating schedules, supporting installers, and keeping customers informed and satisfied throughout the process. Key Sub Tasks Coordinate installation schedules to drive efficiency, profitability, and smooth operations Act as the central point of contact for installers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution Maintain accurate records, process payments, track permits, and manage documentation within the customer management system Support installer payroll, scheduling needs, and process improvements Desired Skills and Experience If you are organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities while communicating clearly with customers, installers, and teams, you are the right fit for the Install Coordinator role at Logan Services.
