The Shift Supervisor Public Safety Dispatch ensures the effective and efficient operation of public safety dispatch services to support the safety of patients, staff, and visitors across Kettering Health facilities. This role oversees daily dispatch activities, provides guidance to dispatch personnel, and ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.High school diploma or equivalent.
