As we continue to expand our operations, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Dispatcher to join our team and play a key role in our daily logistics operations. Position Overview The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing daily freight operations, coordinating with drivers and carriers, and ensuring loads move smoothly and efficiently from pickup to delivery. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, along with a strong understanding of both general freight and OSOW movements. Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch freight
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers to track load progress and resolve issues
• Negotiate rates with carriers while maintaining profitability and service quality
• Ensure all load details, BOLs, and documentation are accurate and compliant
• Collaborate closely with coordinators, accounting, and management to streamline operations
• Monitor active shipments, update customers proactively, and provide exceptional service
• Maintain organized records of communications, dispatch notes, and delivery confirmations
• Assist with after-hours or emergency dispatch needs when required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dispatcher in a freight brokerage or trucking environment
• Positive, solutions oriented attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork, accountability and professionalism
• Strong understanding of both general and oversized freight logistics (permits, escorts, routing, etc.)
• Proficiency with TMS systems and load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple loads simultaneously
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Schedule & Compensation Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday Compensation:
