Role Description The Dot Commercial Oil and Gas Dispatcher is a full-time, on-site role based in El Reno, OK. This position coordinates daily dispatch activities for oil and gas hauling operations, including assigning drivers, scheduling loads, and monitoring routes to ensure timely and compliant delivery. The dispatcher communicates with drivers, customers, and internal teams to provide load details, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate dispatch records, tracking equipment availability, ensuring adherence to DOT regulations, and supporting safety protocols. The role also involves working closely with operations and logistics staff to optimize fleet utilization and support strong customer relationships. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with drivers, clients, and internal teams. Candidate must possess kills to support customer relationships, manage load requests, and identify service opportunities. Candidates should possess basic administrative skills to assist with ordering supplies, managing load-related documentation, and supporting operational needs. Knowledge of DOT regulations, oil and gas transportation, and dispatch or logistics experience is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in El Reno, OK, multitask in a high-volume environment, and use dispatch or transportation management software effectively. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or experience in trucking, logistics, or oil and gas operations is a plus.
