This role is central to keeping the day running smoothly and ensuring every client receives a great experience. Job Responsibilities Dispatch technicians to service calls and maintain their daily schedules, prioritizing calls based on client needs and operational demands. Coordinate and maintain on-call schedules and after-hours procedures for technicians. Schedule calls and keep the client database complete, accurate, and up to date. Stay in regular contact with technicians by phone or online throughout the day, and proactively reach out to clients if there's a delay in their scheduled appointment time. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the operation running efficiently. Resolve client concerns, questions, or issues promptly and professionally through clear communication, and escalate any service issues to the appropriate leader to protect client satisfaction. Participate in company-sponsored training, maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with clients and coworkers at all times, and follow all company standards, safety policies, and dress code requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Two or more years of dispatch or coordination experience is preferred, ideally within a service-based industry. Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and other company software is required, along with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus. Candidates should be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, work well as part of a team, and have solid geographical knowledge of the Lawton service area or strong map-reading ability. Education/Certification Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Working Conditions This is primarily a desk-based role in a cubicle office environment, with roughly 80% of the day spent sitting and using office equipment and computers. Most of the workday is spent on the phone coordinating between technicians and clients. Physical Requirements Occasional lifting of 5-10 pounds. Good visual acuity and sufficient hearing to operate computer-aided call management systems, software, and communications equipment. Availability to work extended hours, nights, or weekends as needed.
