This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities with accuracy, and delivers dependable support to both clients and internal teams. The role focuses on organizing dispatch activity, responding to service needs, and helping keep operations running smoothly through clear communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily service assignments by matching incoming requests with available resources and adjusting schedules as priorities change. Respond to customer and client inquiries through phone and other communication channels, providing timely updates and attentive support. Use computer-aided dispatch tools to enter, monitor, and revise job information with a high level of accuracy. Track service activity throughout the day and communicate changes, delays, or urgent issues to the appropriate parties. Maintain clear records of calls, dispatch activity, and customer interactions to support efficient operations. Work closely with field personnel and internal teams to ensure service requests are handled promptly and effectively. Help resolve routine service concerns by gathering details, identifying next steps, and escalating issues when needed. Experience in dispatching, service coordination, or a related call center environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Proficiency with computer-based scheduling or computer-aided dispatch systems. Ability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced setting. Comfortable handling high call volumes and coordinating logistics under changing conditions. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting service activity. Ability to build positive working relationships with clients, customers, and internal teams.
