What You'll Do As a key member of our team, you'll be the voice and problem-solver our customers rely on. Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and text Assist customers with questions, troubleshooting, and resolution Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members Assess customer needs and recommend the right solutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve and escalate issues when needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Your role directly impacts the customer experience — and that impact matters. What We're Looking For We're seeking motivated individuals who are solution-oriented, detail-focused, and confident communicators.
Required:
Experience in Sales, or upselling of any kind! Experience answering the phone Comfort working with a computer Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions while remaining personable Proficient typing skills with accuracy Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Comfort working with customers who are in high stress situations Preferred (but not required): Experience with schedule planning or fleet management Familiarity with locksmith industry terminology and processes Why Join Locksmith Plus?
