Team Experience:

A background in reception, dispatch, or administration. (Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance is a huge plus!)

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new management software quickly.

Local Logic:

A solid understanding of the local geographical area to help route our teams efficiently.

Resilience:

The ability to remain assertive and decisive when managing field schedules, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Working Environment This is a fast-paced, sedentary office role in Allentown.
