We're looking for an organized, dependable; Local Planning & Dispatcher to keep our local operations running smoothly. If you're a strong communicator who enjoys logistics, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Plan and coordinate daily local moving schedules and crew assignments. Dispatch crews, drivers, and equipment efficiently. Communicate with customers, crews, drivers, and internal departments. Monitor moves throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed. Track and help ensure compliance with drivers' Hours of Service (HOS) requirements. Assist with day-to-day transportation and operational safety, helping ensure drivers and crews follow company safety procedures. Resolve scheduling and operational issues quickly and professionally. Help ensure crews have the information and resources needed to complete each move successfully. Maintain accurate schedules, job information, and driver records. Help maximize truck and crew efficiency while maintaining excellent customer service. What We're Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented. Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems. Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, moving, or a related field is preferred.
