Description Jerry's Towing, Inc. is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our team in Carlisle, PA.
Hiring for:
Second shift 3 Pm - 11 PmWEEKENDS A MUST!
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls Dispatch drivers to service calls Coordinate with law enforcement, motor clubs, and customers Enter and manage call information in dispatch software Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Assist with general office and administrative duties as neededQualifications:
Strong communication and multitasking skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn dispatch software Ability to remain calm under pressure Dependable attendance and punctuality Customer service experience preferred Dispatching experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidateWhat We Offer:
