Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Dispatcher / Customer Service Rep to manage inbound calls, coordinate field technician schedules, and handle invoicing. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, quick thinking, and a team-first mindset. Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm in-office. Job Duties Answer and manage inbound customer calls
  • Dispatch and coordinate field technicians based on location, availability, and call type
  • Process billing and invoicing
  • Provide professional customer service in person when needed Requirements Customer service or dispatch experience preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Familiarity with local area a plus
  • Training available for qualified candidates Benefits $16-$20/hr based on experience
