Job Description As a Security Officer Dispatch Security Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Professional in an aerospace and defense location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarm and access activity, document incidents, and dispatch appropriate response resources. You will help maintain a secure environment through professional customer service, clear communication, and timely support for site operations. PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense billing operations location. Monitor communications systems, receive and document calls, alarms, service requests, and incident reports, then dispatch appropriate personnel according to established procedures. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, visitor information, and shift activity reports while handling sensitive business information in accordance with site policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinate communications with site contacts and/or emergency responders, and escalate matters as required. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, and report observed security-related concerns, access issues, or facility conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Comfortably use a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
