Job Description As a Security Officer Clearance Required Dispatcher in King Of Prussia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. In this role, you will monitor communications systems, coordinate response activity, track access and alarm information, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will help maintain smooth daily operations through teamwork, integrity, and a reliable, people-first approach in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response and communication activities. Monitor dispatch communications, receive and document calls for service, and relay routine and critical information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner. Coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and/or unusual activity, helping to support timely reporting and appropriate escalation through established protocols. Maintain detailed dispatch logs, incident records, and related documentation, helping to support accuracy, accountability, and continuity of operations. Conduct regular and random patrol support activities through radio, phone, and/or system monitoring, while remaining prepared to assist with changing conditions across the location perimeter and business areas.
Minimum Requirements:
An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
