Keep Our Fleet Moving! We are a leading concrete supplier looking for a sharp, dependable Dispatcher to join our team at John W Thrower, Inc in Saxonburg, PA. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving puzzles in real time, we want to hear from you. You will be a part of the central hub communicating with drivers, plant managers, and customers to ensure every yard of concrete arrives on time. What You Will Do Schedule deliveries: Route concrete mixer trucks efficiently . Coordinate production: Work with batch plants to match production with truck arrival times. Support drivers: Serve as the main point of contact for drivers regarding directions and site issues. Manage customer service: Take incoming orders and provide updates on delivery times. What We Are Looking For

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of dispatching experience (construction or concrete background preferred).

Software:

Proven experience or strong familiarity with Command Alkon dispatch/loading software.

Skills:

Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and geographical knowledge of Butler County and surrounding areas.

Communication:

Clear, calm phone and radio presence under pressure. What We Offer
