In this role, you will be the command center of our operations, managing the full lifecycle of every load—from initial dispatch and real-time driver tracking to preparing accurate data for invoicing. You will be responsible for ensuring our digital dispatch sheets and driver logs are precise, up-to-date, and ready for billing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Dispatch Management:

Input and manage all load data, ensuring origins, destinations, and customer rates are 100% accurate.

Driver & Load Tracking:

Monitor driver progress via our digital tracking system. Ensure "Time In" and "Time Out" data is captured for every load to maintain accurate hours and performance logs.

Billing Coordination:

Audit completed load sheets to ensure all data is verified and ready for the invoicing department.

Operational Reporting:

Maintain a clear overview of driver loads, total hours worked, and job statuses to provide daily performance updates.

Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing clear instructions and troubleshooting any issues that arise during transit.

Data Integrity:

Ensure all digital records match physical load sheets to prevent billing errors or payroll discrepancies.

Requirements & Qualifications Logistics Experience:

2+ years of experience in dispatching, trucking, or freight coordination.

Tech Literacy:

High comfort level with digital databases and dispatch software. (Experience with cloud-based management tools or advanced Excel is highly preferred). Attention to

You must be a "data stickler." Our invoicing and driver pay depend entirely on the accuracy of the information you record.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to handle the "puzzle" of driver schedules and load timing while remaining calm under pressure.

Communication:

Strong professional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both drivers and customers.

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits Schedule:

Rotating 8-hour shifts (Must be flexible to work various shifts as needed).

Pay:

Starting at $1,000 per week .

Performance Review:

Scheduled pay increase after 90 days based on performance and accuracy.
