Remote Dispatcher - Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)Straight-Line Medical Transport LLC Remote / Work From Home East Texas Based Company About Us Straight-Line Medical Transport LLC is a rapidly growing non-emergency medical transportation company serving East Texas and surrounding areas. We specialize in wheelchair, stretcher, and medical transportation services for elderly and disabled patients. We are looking for dependable, organized, and motivated individuals who want to grow with us long-term. This is not just another dispatching job — we are building a strong operations team and want people who take pride in helping patients, facilities, and drivers succeed every day. Position Summary We are hiring a Work From Home Dispatcher to coordinate transportation trips, communicate with healthcare facilities, answer incoming calls, and support our drivers in real time. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, professional on the phone, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once. Healthcare, EMS, transportation, trucking, medical office, or customer service experience is preferred — but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from nursing homes, hospitals, dialysis clinics, and private-pay clients Schedule and dispatch trips efficiently Communicate with drivers throughout the shift Monitor trip status and update facilities as needed Handle after-hours and urgent transportation requests professionally Maintain accurate scheduling and trip documentation Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and calmly Provide excellent customer service to facilities, patients, and staff Assist management with daily operational coordination Requirements Reliable high-speed internet Quiet and professional work environment Strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Basic computer and typing skills Ability to stay calm under pressure Must be able to work independently Weekend and rotating on-call availability may be required Preferred Experience NEMT dispatching EMS dispatching Transportation/logistics coordination Healthcare scheduling Customer service/call center experience What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling opportunities PTO available Opportunity for advancement within a fast-growing company Supportive team environment Long-term growth potential Meaningful work helping elderly and disabled patients receive care safely Why Join Straight-Line?
