Your New Role Location :

Spicewood, TX Coordinate and schedule HVAC service, maintenance, and installation appointments Dispatch technicians using ServiceTitan and monitor daily job progress Optimize technician schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and scheduling changes Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and urgency Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and scheduling information Assist with workload balancing, route planning, and emergency scheduling needs Collaborate with technicians, managers, and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations Support the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience from first call to job completion Help maintain strong communication between customers and field technicians
