Job Description

Customer Service, Dispatch & Inventory Audit Position International Refrigeration Contracting Company seeking full time Service Dispatcher. Successful candidate will work from home office 44-48 hours per week. Hours 08:30 - 18:00 central time. ?All hours over 40 per week are at overtime rate. Hours will be adjusted with season Successful candidate will answer company phones, manage customer service requests, including dispatching, schedule field staff, assist with management of customer maintenance plans, extensive inventory work in company office & Google databases. Must demonstrate extensive experience in Google Office Products.
