Intermodal Dispatcher Atlanta Terminal

We're a growing drayage carrier with terminals across the Southeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic, moving freight in and out of every major rail ramp and port we touch. Our Atlanta operation is busy, our drivers stick around, and the people running the board take real ownership of their territory. What You'll Do Plan and dispatch daily freight in and out of NS and CSX rail ramps Manage a fleet of owner-operators — keep them moving, paid, and home when they need to be Build and adjust load plans throughout the day around rail availability, appointment windows, driver hours, and customer priorities Communicate directly with customers, rail terminals, and port operators to keep loads flowing and exceptions managed Track loads in real time and stay ahead of delays, demurrage risk, and per diem Coordinate with our other terminals (Harrisburg, Chicago, Jacksonville) on cross-network moves Use rail/port portals and our internal TMS to keep every move accurate and on time What We're Looking For 2+ years of intermodal or drayage dispatch experience required — we need someone who already speaks the language of rail ramps, chassis pools, free time, and per diem Working knowledge of port and rail portals (Blume, CSX/BNSF/NS site, Rail
