Our client, an industry leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher to join their team. As a Logistics Dispatcher, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the logistics and transportation teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
8AM to 4:30PM with a half-hour lunch break What's the Job? Manage and optimize a high-volume email ticketing system, ensuring efficient and accurate customer support. Coordinate supply chain operations through clear communication with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors. Plan and track final shipments, meeting cost and timeline expectations. Assist multiple shipping facilities for day-to-day logistics and key shipping functions. Partner with Credits, Customer Success, and Accounts Payable to resolve freight-related issues. What's Needed? 3 to 5 years of proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field. Preferred experience with Hazmat freight logistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and logistics platforms (e.g., JDE, Zendesk, Carrier Portals). Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory planning and warehouse management. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to drive operational excellence. What's in it for me?
