We specialize in consolidating freight and maximizing trailer space across nationwide lanes. We move fast, expect high performance, and reward results. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced LTL Load Booker / Dispatcher who understands how to build and manage partial loads (LTL) — not just book single full truckloads. This role requires someone who can: Strategically fill trailers Plan efficient routes with multiple stops Communicate clearly with drivers and brokers Keep trucks moving and maximize revenue per load Key Responsibilities Book and build LTL / partial loads across multiple lanes Plan trailer space (pallet count, weight, delivery sequence) Dispatch drivers and manage daily routes Communicate with brokers and customers regarding pickups/deliveries Adjust routes in real time based on delays or changes Track loads from pickup to delivery Maintain strong relationships with brokers for repeat freight Requirements Minimum 1-2 years experience in LTL, partials, or dispatching Strong understanding of pallet space, weight limits, and routing Experience using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) Ability to manage multiple loads and drivers at once Strong communication and problem-solving skills Organized, fast-paced, and detail-oriented What We're Looking For Someone who thinks like an owner , not just an employee Ability to maximize trailer revenue , not just keep trucks busy Strong decision-making under pressure Accountability and consistency Compensation Competitive base pay + performance incentives Bonuses based on truck revenue and efficiency Opportunity to grow into a senior operations role Why Join Us High-volume LTL operation (not basic dispatching) Real growth opportunity as we scale Performance-based environment — results are rewarded To Apply Send your resume and a short message explaining your experience with LTL or partial load building .
