We are looking for a Part‑Time Dispatcher & Office Assistant to support daily operations at our plumbing company. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Previous dispatching or office experience is required. Responsibilities Dispatch plumbers to scheduled jobs and update routes as needed Answer phone calls and provide professional customer service Schedule appointments and confirm service windows Communicate job details and updates to technicians Enter job information, notes, and updates into the system Assist with office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry Maintain accurate daily logs and service records Support management with administrative tasks as needed Requirements Previous dispatching or office experience required Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay organized under pressure Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, data entry) Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong attention to detail Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other service trades is a plus Schedule & Pay Part‑time (15-25 hours per week) Pay based on experience
