This position operates under a hybrid schedule: Training and select shifts held on-site in St. Petersburg; eligible for partial remote shifts after 30 days. This role is ideal for customer service representatives, call center professionals, and administrative assistants looking for a stable routing and logistics role with work-from-home flexibility.
Core Responsibilities Inbound Call & Ticket Handling:
Receive incoming roadside service requests from stranded motorists across St. Petersburg and Pinellas County.
Field Service Routing:
Coordinate and assign light-duty tickets (jumpstarts, lockouts, fuel drops, tire service) to local mobile technicians based on location and real-time ETAs.
Driver Communication:
Gather accurate vehicle details, GPS coordinates, and safety status from drivers in need of assistance.
Status Tracking:
Monitor job progress, confirm completed dispatches with field providers, and maintain clear ticket logs in our digital software.
Position Highlights Hybrid Work Schedule:
On-site foundation in St. Pete with transition to partial remote shifts after initial onboarding.

Steady Work Environment:
Consistent shift availability supporting a high-volume regional coverage grid. Candidate Requirements Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating digital maps and dispatch software. Familiarity with St. Petersburg geography, Pinellas County corridors (I-275, US-19, Gandy Blvd), and surrounding areas. Prior experience in call centers, customer support, administrative roles, or scheduling is preferred but not required.
