Job Description

Overview We are a small, fast-growing crane service looking for a logistics and scheduling pro to join our team. We're based out of Lithia Springs, Ga. Skills We are looking for someone who is highly dependable, organized, and who will represent our company in a stellar and professional light to our customers through daily interactions with new and existing clients over the phone. People skills, organization, and consistency are vital to this role. Respect for others, accountability, and ownership of your actions are non-negotiable. Duties Daily duties would include;
  • Booking, scheduling, and updating job entries
  • Answering phone calls from new and existing clients
  • Communicating with and directing operators in the field in an effective, efficient, and timely manner
  • Keeping detailed records
  • Assisting the owner in creating systems and processes
  • Learning back-end software and utilizing it to efficiently and accurately direct operations in the field.
Location This role would start in person for a training period of several months, then would adjust to either hybrid or full time remote once training was satisfactorily completed. Pay Starting pay to vary based on candidate's experience and credentials. Pay to adjust dramatically upwards within 6 months to 1 year if performance was on point.
