This role serves as the communication hub of our operation, coordinating between customers, technicians, and office staff to ensure every job runs smoothly. Schedule Full-Time Position Monday through Friday No weekends required What You'll Be Doing Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling services. Coordinate and dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently. Maintain communication between technicians and customers throughout the day. Manage appointments, job updates, and technician schedules. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Process invoices, payments, and customer records. Assist with inventory management, parts ordering, and office organization. Support daily operations to ensure excellent customer service. Help maintain a professional and welcoming office environment. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (Required) Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, front desk operations, or office administration is a plus, but not required. We welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company. Strong communication and phone skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable using computers, smartphones, email, and office software. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a high level of professionalism. Positive attitude and professional appearance.
