SOC DispatcherLocation:

Hybrid - Miramar, FloridaWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) as a Dispatch Analyst. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a foundational understanding of IT systems. You will play a key role in triaging and coordinating responses to security alerts and incidents.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and triage security alerts, ticket queues, and incident reports Dispatch tickets and alerts to appropriate teams and follow up on resolution progress Document all activities clearly and accurately in the ticketing system Communicate effectively with technical teams, stakeholders, and external clients Escalate high-priority issues according to defined protocols Assist in daily SOC operations and provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must Basic understanding of IT concepts (networking, systems, cybersecurity terminology, etc.) Familiarity with ticketing systems or help desk tools is a plus Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Willingness to learn and grow within a SOC environment

Preferred:
