Job Description

We are seeking a highly energetic, organized, and communicative Trucking Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is committed to supporting carrier success.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch loads for 5-10 trucks and drivers. Source and negotiate loads using industry load boards. Stay informed on market trends within the trucking industry. Manage invoicing, factoring submissions, and required paperwork. Maintain clear communication with drivers, brokers, and internal teams. Support client profitability and operational efficiency.
