Job Description

Overview ADAS Safe is seeking an Assistant Manager - Dispatcher to support our growing nationwide ADAS calibration operation. This role serves as the link between field technicians, customers, and scheduling operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
  • Manage daily technician scheduling and dispatch operations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for scheduling, rescheduling, and appointment updates.
  • Provide first-line support to technicians experiencing operational or technical challenges.
  • Coordinate equipment, software access, and resources required for successful calibrations.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding schedule changes and service updates.
  • Track operational trends and provide reports to leadership.
  • Support technician onboarding, training, and process improvement initiatives. Requirements/Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in dispatching, operations coordination, field service, or automotive operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.
  • Automotive, collision repair, ADAS, or field service experience preferred.

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
