Role:

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Dispatcher to manage the logistics of our sales team and handle lead coordination. In this role, you will be the "air traffic controller" for our sales representatives, ensuring appointments are set, confirmed, and routed efficiently to maximize production. This is an in-office position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to earn significant bonuses based on performance.

Schedule:

Weekdays:

3:00 PM - 8:45 PM (Managing the 4pm, 6pm, and 8pm appointment blocks).

Weekends:

You will work every other weekend.

Saturday Shift:

9:15 AM - 2:45 PM (Managing the 10am, 12pm, and 2pm appointment blocks).

Compensation & Perks:

Starting Base Pay:

$13.50 per hour.

Post-Training Pay:

Increases to $15.00 per hour after a 90-day training period.

Bonuses:

Aggressive performance bonuses based on production. Average bonuses range from $200+ per week on top of hourly pay. Paid training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatching:

Manage active schedules for sales reps, ensuring they are routed effectively to maximize their time and sales opportunities.

Communication:

Call customers to confirm appointments and update sales reps on schedule changes in real-time.

Logistics:

Handle rescheduling and re-routing of reps efficiently when cancellations occur.

Lead Generation:

Perform some outbound calling to generate new leads and fill schedule gaps.

Data Management:

Accurate input of results, report preparation, and database management.

Experience:

Preferred:

Experience in a "phone room" environment or lead generation.

Plus:

Previous dispatching experience is a major plus.
