Job Summary and Responsibilities Full Time Nights (7p-7a) As our Dispatcher/Telecommunicator, you will serve as the primary communications hub for our hosptial facilities. You are the essential first point of contact, responsible for managing incoming inquiries with professional excellence while ensuring critical information reaches the right destination quickly and accurately. Every day you will manage high-volume phone traffic, prioritize urgent requests, and provide overhead paging for facility announcements. You will act as a vital safety monitor, responding to "Code BLUE" alerts, managing elevator communication systems, and overseeing fire and ETO building alarm panels to ensure immediate action is taken during critical situations. To be successful in this role, you will possess a calm demeanor, exceptional multitasking abilities, and the capacity to follow complex safety protocols under pressure. We are looking for a detail-oriented communicator dedicated to maintaining high-quality service and facility safety in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
