As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable Dispatcher to support our Electrical, Plumbing, and Commercial divisions. Position Overview The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily schedules, dispatching technicians, and ensuring exceptional communication between customers, field staff, and internal departments. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment. Key Responsibilities Dispatch Electrical, Plumbing, and Commercial service technicians efficiently throughout the day Manage daily scheduling for urgent calls, planned work, and maintenance visits Communicate with customers regarding appointment windows, delays, or follow-ups Update and monitor job progress, technician locations, and job statuses Support technicians by providing job notes, materials information, and timeline updates Coordinate with department managers to balance workload and prioritize calls Provide excellent customer service at all times Qualifications Prior dispatching or scheduling experience in a trades or service environment preferred Strong multitasking and communication skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure Professional phone etiquette Experience with ServiceTitan (or similar CRM/dispatching software) is a plus Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunity for long-term growth within a well-established company Supportive team environment and stable, year-round workload

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
