DISPATCHER - BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TRANSPORT
Starting Pay:
$22.00/Hour | Non-Exempt (Hourly) We're looking for a Behavioral Health Transport Dispatcher in our Murfreesboro location who is organized, quick-thinking, and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment. You'll serve as the communication hub that keeps our transport teams connected and our patients moving safely and efficiently. Responsibilties- Coordinate and dispatch behavioral health transport units
- Receive, prioritize, and document transportation requests
- Assign crews based on availability, location, urgency, and patient needs
- Monitor unit status, response times, and transport progress
- Communicate professionally with field teams, healthcare facilities, and leadership
- Respond quickly to changing priorities and urgent situations
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation
- Protect confidential patient information and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Follow established safety procedures and dispatch protocols Our Teammate must be:

- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous dispatch, EMS, ambulance, healthcare, transportation, public safety, or behavioral health experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced transportation environment
