Our Dispatchers are responsible for assisting drivers with complex issues efficiently and effectively, while thinking of creative solutions to facilitate the safe transport of freight.
Two schedule options available:
4
DaySchedule:
7:00 a.m.
•7:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. 5:00 p.m.
•5:00 a.m. Two weeknights (determined on hire) 3
DaySchedule:
7:00 a.m.
•7:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday Responsibilities:
Communicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity both internally and externally. Manages drivers during extended coverage shifts. Accurate data entry of the company computer systems. Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines, with very little guidance in some situations. Works with team members to solve problems. Provides clear work instructions to drivers. Demonstrates high resource utilization.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required). Strong customer service skills. Proficient communicator (English Proficient). Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
