Job Description

Dispatcher Level II Schedule:
Part-Time 2nd Shift (1 PM
  • 9 PM)
  • Saturday and Sunday 3rd Shift ( 9 PM to 5 AM )
  • Friday and Saturday Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to: Must answer phones as calls come into the Command Center.
Must transfer calls as calls come into the Command Center. Must sign in visitors using our Visitor Management System. Must create/Modify badge profiles to restrict access to the Facility. Must monitor and respond to emails through the Security email drive. Must monitor cameras at all times. Must operate gate arms to restrict access to employee parking areas. Must log patrols from Fire Brigades Must monitor Officer traffic via radio. Must take emergency calls and dispatch any active emergency. Must monitor Simplex Fire Panel for any possible fires/water flow alarms. Must review camera footage after incidents to gather information. Will be required to Interact with client any and all customers. Must maintain/distribute stock for central command supplies as well as truck gates. Must answer call boxes at truck gates to allow traffic in and out during non-peak times. Will be required to announce any pending weather alerts. Must be prepared to set tones for Evacuation/Take Shelter/Active Shooter License # 13022 #SERTN
