Dispatch Operations Associate

THIS IS A NON SMOKING FACILITY

Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs. Receive and prepare transport orders. Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, and other dispatch information. Invoicing and billing experience required. Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance. Must be able to multi-task Must have computer skills Quick-books Experience preferred Must pass a drug test Hours are 9 to 6 Monday through Friday and 9 to 1 every other Saturday This position is $15 per hour for 90 days. Upon review at 90 days, the new employee would be eligible for a permanent position. Medical insurance is available after 90 days.
