PM Position Type:
Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire A leading logistics and warehouse operation in Baytown, TX is seeking a Dispatcher / Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily transportation and warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Check drivers in and out of the facility
- Verify pickup and delivery information
- Assign dock doors and communicate with warehouse personnel
- Maintain schedules and appointment updates
- Review Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documents
- Manage yard activities and trailer tracking
- Print and organize shipping and receiving paperwork
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management
- Assist in resolving shipping and receiving issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, dispatching, logistics, transportation, or warehouse administration preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and email skills required
- Experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs) preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required

- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work in a warehouse and logistics environment

Responsabilidades Principales:
- Registrar la entrada y salida de choferes
- Verificar información de recolección y entrega
- Asignar puertas de carga y coordinar con el almacén
- Mantener agendas y citas actualizadas
- Revisar Bills of Lading (BOLs) y documentación de embarques
- Dar seguimiento a remolques y actividades en patio
- Imprimir y organizar documentación de embarque y recepción
- Mantener comunicación con choferes, personal de almacén y supervisores
- Apoyar en la solución de problemas relacionados con embarques y recibos
- Mantener registros y documentación precisos
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en shipping, receiving, dispatch, logística, transporte o administración de almacén
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y organización
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico
- Manejo básico de computadora y correo electrónico
- Experiencia con Bills of Lading (BOLs) deseable
- Bilingüe inglés/español preferido, pero no requerido
