Job Summary:

As a Plumbing Dispatcher, you will serve as the communication hub between customers, plumbers, and the operations team. Your primary responsibilities include scheduling service calls, coordinating technician assignments, and ensuring timely office tasks. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first attitude. ________________________________________

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with service requests. Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians to service locations based on urgency availability, proximity, and expertise. Monitor job progress and provide customers with timely status updates. Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, and management to ensure smooth communication. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Prepare work orders, and other relevant documentation. Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician hours, and job details for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

Proven plumbing experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service. Experience with Excel and QuickBooks. Basic computer skills and typing proficiency. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
