Job Description:
Our Oil Field Dispatchers Average Between $20 - $23 Per Hour (Depending On Experience) Average Weekly Gross of $1,400 - $1,600 •Floresville, TX Area•
Schedule:
Rotating Schedule 12 Hour Shifts Hiring For AM & PM Position 50+
Hours Per Week Responsibilities:
Scheduling Coordination:
Oversee the scheduling of drivers and loads, coordinating with field and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure dispatch operations adhere to DOT Regulations, safety protocols, and company standards. Track and manage driver hours to remain in compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
Customer Service:
Address any customer inquires related to delivery schedules and troubleshoot issues, maintaining strong communication and client satisfaction.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor key performance indicators, including on-time deliveries, driver hours, and route efficiency, and implement improvements as needed.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of dispatch management or equivalent experience managing a small team Preferably in the oil & gas or transportation/logistics industries
Regulatory Knowledge:
Familiarity with
DOT & FMCSA
regulations and ability to manage compliance
Leadership Skills:
Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with dispatch and fleet management software, MS Office, and the ability to quickly adapt to a new systems
Excellent Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments
Wage Range:
20.00 - 23.00 per hour
