Base pay of $18.46hr depending upon experience. Medical, dental, vision, and other coverage: employer contribution offered to cover employee-only tier. 401k plan with matching on contributions up to 6%.

What You'll Do as a
Service Order Dispatcher:
Receive, record, and distribute work orders to service crews upon customers' requests for service on articles or utilities purchases from wholesale or retail establishment or utility company. Record information, such as name, address, article to be repaired, or service to be rendered. Prepare work order and distribute to service crew. Schedule service call and dispatch service crew. Call or write customer to ensure satisfactory performance of service. Keep record of service calls and work orders. Assist within ArMA cases as needed when directed by Shift Lead, Quality Manager, GFEBs Lead, or Project Manager. Assist with emails orders and walk-ins as needed when directed by Shift Lead, Quality Manager, GFEBs Lead, or Project Manager. Assist within IW28 or any additional areas of order creation as directed by Shift Lead, Quality Manager, GFEBs Lead, or Project Manager. May dispatch orders and relay messages and special instructions to mobile crews and other departments, using radio telephone equipment. Greet visitors and take incoming phone calls, fax, and radio messages and promptly take care of requests or relay messages to the appropriate person. Be Successful:
High school diploma or GED. Two (2) years related experience with the ability to perform the assigned duties. Must be able to effectively read, write, and speak the English language. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and PC functions, with demonstrated skills in word processing, databases, and spreadsheets. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse and sometimes irate individuals and to handle calmly, and efficiently situations ranging from routine to emergency. Strong attention to detail. Ability to be a self-starter and have strong time management skills. Ability to perform basic accounting and mathematical computations with a good degree of accuracy. Ability to monitor several audible communications devices, such as, telephone, fax and radio throughout the day while performing job tasks. Ability to work both with minimal supervision and as a team player.
Other Requirements:
Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening. Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work various shifts covering a twenty-four-hour period, seven days per week. Possess valid driver's license and maintain good driving record. If required, ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access to assigned site(s). PCSI does not offer immigration sponsorship for this position.
