Driver Source Staffing is seeking a Dispatcher/CSR in Grapevine, TX to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in LTL, Air Freight dispatching someone with a logistics transportation background who enjoys helping customers and solving problems.
Pay/Schedule:
$21.00 Hour Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and service-related inquiries Respond to calls, emails, and messages in a professional and timely manner Proactively communicate updates and resolve any potential delivery issues Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery Work closely with dispatchers and drivers to resolve delays or discrepancies Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and shipment details Investigate and address customer complaints or concerns efficiently Escalate complex issues when needed and follow through on resolutions Identify trends to recommend improvements to management Accurately enter customer and shipment data into our logistics system Generate and distribute reports, delivery confirmations, and invoices Maintain organized documentation of all client communications and service details
Qualifications :
2+ years of LTL, Air Freight Logistics customer service experience preferred Excellent communication skills — written and verbal Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude Experience in LTL trucking or air freight is preferred #

$21.00 per hour
