General Duties:

Scheduling

• Coordinate HVAC technicians and electricians based on urgency and availability Administrative Tasks
• Handle paperwork, documentation updates, and inventory management Parts & Equipment Sourcing
• Research, price, and procure necessary materials Warranty & Compliance
• Ensure proper registration of equipment, licensing, and certifications Marketing & Business Development
• Assist in client acquisition strategies and social media marketing Finance Management
• Ensure accounts are paid, handle collections, and assist customers with financing options Quality Control
• Verify technician compliance, maintain job checklists, and oversee proper billing/collection processes Customer Relations
• Serve as primary point of contact, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction Office & Fleet Maintenance
• Keep the workspace presentable and ensure vehicle insurance & registrations are updated Reporting & Meetings
• Maintain logs, follow up on tasks, conduct weekly safety and training meetings
