Full-time Schedule This position follows a rotating schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Central Time :

Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Every other Wednesday Employees work Wednesday one week, are off Wednesday the following week, and continue alternating Approximately 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next week Position Overview Epic HR LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support warehouse and transportation operations for one of our valued clients in Irving, Texas. The Dispatcher will coordinate drivers, track shipments, maintain accurate records, and communicate with warehouse personnel to help ensure timely and efficient operations. Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch drivers according to scheduled routes and delivery requirements Monitor shipment status, driver locations, arrivals, and departures Communicate clearly with drivers, warehouse personnel, and management Update dispatch systems and maintain accurate transportation records Assist drivers with route changes, delays, and delivery-related concerns Track appointment times and follow up on late or missed arrivals Prepare and review shipping, receiving, and dispatch documentation Report operational issues and escalate urgent concerns when necessary Provide professional customer service and timely status updates Perform additional administrative and dispatch-related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous dispatch, transportation, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with computers, email, spreadsheets, and dispatch systems Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and able to work the complete assigned schedule Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and collaborate with drivers and warehouse teams Apply Today! #IRV-1
