Irving, TX Job Details Full-time $55,000 - $65,000 a year 15 hours ago Qualifications Road transportation operations Dispatching Logistics company experience Full Job Description Overview We are hiring a strong Dispatch / Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations for a growing fleet. This is NOT a basic dispatcher role. We need someone who can make decisions, manage drivers, and keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced, real-time environment. What You'll Do Manage real-time dispatch and dynamic scheduling Assign loads based on driver location and efficiency Communicate with drivers and maintain control of operations Enforce response time, load acceptance, and communication standards Handle delays, issues, and driver-related conflicts Improve efficiency and reduce empty miles What We're Looking For Dispatch / logistics experience required Strong decision-making under pressure Experience managing drivers or field teams Ability to enforce rules and maintain structure Comfortable handling pushback and conflict

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
