Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to join our Operations team. The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and dispatching field service technicians, managing job progress, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining clear communication with customers and technicians, and supporting accurate job close-out and payment collection. This role leverages ServiceTitan software to keep our service delivery running smoothly and our customers informed at every step. Key Responsibilities Dispatch & Scheduling Schedule and dispatch technicians daily using ServiceTitan's scheduling and dispatch board , assigning based on skills, location, and availability. Adjust schedules in real time to handle emergencies, cancellations, and changes. Monitor GPS and technician progress to optimize routes and reduce downtime. Customer & Field Communication Communicate appointment confirmations, estimated arrival times, and any changes to customers. Provide real-time updates and support to technicians throughout the day. ServiceTitan Workflow & Documentation Use ServiceTitan for accurate job status updates, notes, and technician instructions. Capture detailed customer information and job details to support efficient service delivery. Job Close-Out & Payment Follow-Up Ensure completed jobs are documented accurately in ServiceTitan with correct status and notes. Support billing and accounts receivable efforts by tracking unpaid invoices, coordinating with accounting/CSR teams, and assisting in customer payment follow-up. Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate dispatch logs, job records, and performance metrics. Prepare daily or weekly summaries on service delivery performance and workflow trends
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; operations, or related field preferred. Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service coordination, ideally in a home-services environment. Proficiency with ServiceTitan or other dispatch/service management platforms. Excellent communication (phone and written) and multitasking skills. Strong organization, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with job close-out tracking and payment follow-up in service software. Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related service industries. Customer service background and CRM familiarity.
Pay:
$41,500.00 - $46,050.41 per year
